The new types of open resonators, electron-wave phenomena in the semiconductor spatial periodic structures with hot electrons and new types of electrodynamic systems, which are a conjunction of open resonators and segments of oversized waveguides, have been investigated. The diffraction radiation generators, magnetrons, clinotrons, frequency multipliers, transmission lines and antenna systems in mm, sub mm and THz electromagnetic wave ranges have been designed.
