It was found needs for prior modification of the positive charged nanoparticles at organic liquids for effective interaction with organic dyes. Theoretical model, which modulates the spectral and magnetic microwave properties of varying composition nano-powders, was improved. It is shown experimentally and theoretically the effective control possibility of the MTWM spectral characteristics by varying 2D unit-cell dimensions.
