Karazin popup.description2 The objects of study: visual, dermo-optical, and aural perceptions. The research objective: development of a model for perception and processing of external information by human sensor systems, and diagnostic methods for determination of their functional state. The research method: theoretical and experimental study of the external information perception by the human sensor systems. The holographic model of physiological optics, based on the concept of forming complex Fourier holograms in the retina of the inverted eye under illumination by incoherent natural light was improved and expanded The holographic model of physiological optics was supplemented by a hypothesis, according to which the object signals are formed by rods and cones, while the reference signals are formed by internal photosensitive retinal ganglion cells (ipRGC). A physical and mathematical model of light propagation through the anisotropic multilayer structure of the human eye retina was created. The model based computer simulations allowed us to make a comparative analysis of light distribution in the central fovea and macular periphery. It was shown that the theoretical results are consistent with experimental observations. A systematic analysis of existing hypotheses of the skin-optical perception was made, and corresponding experimental research were carried out. A classification of perceptions of blind men during experimental researches under exposure to various colors was proposed which will help to improve teaching methods of dermo-optical perception. The optical unit of the digital holographic interference microscope (DHIM) was improved, and a new software for experimental data processing was developed. The characteristics of human aural auditory analyzer were obtained by studying forms of erythrocytes which influence oxygen transport to various components of the auditory system. The methods of primary status control and effective treatment of patients with sensorineural hearing loss was developed on the base of the DHIM. Product Description popup.authors Єльчищева Ю.
