Purpose of research work in general is creation and research of high-efficient thermionic cathodes with the regulable complex of electrophysics properties for application in an air-space technology. A purpose of the stage is a study of emission properties and structure of composition cathode material based on barium-strontium hafnate BaxSr1-хHfO3 with a fine-dispersed tungsten in which some atoms of barium and strontium are replaced by the atoms of calcium, and also dysprosium diboride DyB2 and terbium one TbB2 single-crystals ; technological processes research of multicomponent coverages forming and parameters estimation methods improvement of these coverages. Obtaining and research results of thermionic properties of composition cathode material Ba0,45Sr0,45Ca0,1HfO3 with 22 mаs.% W, and also dysprosium diboride DyB2 and terbium one TbB2 single-crystals are presented in the report. The investigations results of xenon ions bombardment influence on activation of emitters based on barium scandate, temperature change of emitter surface and electron work function are presented in the report. Technological processes peculiarities of multicomponent coverages formation and increase efficiency methods for inverse magnetron spray-type system are presented, and also the electric inhomogeneity layers determination method of tungsten carbide obtained by magnetron sputtering is described.
