Investigated the influence of grain size of the coating on the microhardness CT. Evaluated the effectiveness of machining steels and cast irons in the delivery condition. Revealed the influence of grain size on the efficiency of turning hardened steel 45 and ShKh15 CT with nano- and submicrostructured coatings. An experimental study of the roughness of the surface of parts with finish turning steel 30H14A CT with micro-, submicro-and nanostructured coatings and without it. Compared the effectiveness of finish turning of hardened stainless steel CT of PSTM CBN-R and CT with nanostructured and submicrostructured coating. Given the results of the study of the structure and performance of high-speed steels CT after exposure to ionizing emission. Investigated possibility of using the multilayer coatings TiN+Ti, monolayer Ti-O-N and the combined Ti-O-N/TIN-Ti on microhardness for CT, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
