Grounds for the science-technology work "Development and introduction of the core technologies of recovery, regeneration, modernization and construction of elements of observation and aiming armored vehicles" is performed under the contract from 03.28.2016 year №9 / 18-16 cipher IFN-2015/4 target scientific and technical program of the NAS of Ukraine "Research and development on the problems of increasing the defense capability and security of the state." Objective: Development and introduction of the basic recovery techniques, recovery, modernization and production of elements of surveillance systems and targeting of armored vehicles. The project "Development and introduction of the basic recovery techniques, recovery, modernization and production of elements of surveillance systems and targeting of armored vehicles" provided along with the establishment of the scientific basis and scientific and technological directions of the development of recovery technologies and repair optical elements embedding them in the SRC "Carat" ( Lviv) in the interests of the State Enterprise "Lviv plant of armored" (DPLBTZ) and RPC "Photoprilad" ( Cherkasy). At the second stage of the work in accordance with the technical task had been made following scientific and technical work: 1. The technological processes was analised of and finalized in 7 technological instructions; their effectiveness is confirmed by the protocols of control measurements. Work was carried out on the base of SRC "Carat". Instructions and protocols provided by the report of SRC "Carat" (co-work). 2. The analysis of the literature on the prospects of single crystals of gadolinium-gallium garnets doped with neodymium ions for solid-state pulse-periodic laser range 0.9 ... 1.5 microns are safe for the human eye with a diode-pumped. Found analogs and closest - prototypes for the preparation of an application for a patent of Ukraine. 3. Development of the manufacture and research of active cell technology based on monocrystals of gadolinium-gallium garnets doped with neodymium. To develop the technology and structure of the absorbent layer on the epitaxial crystal GGG to activate its functions emitting diode laser 4. Computer modeling using Zemax program, which was developed on the basis of technological scheme and design of protective box (2 versions) lens optoelectronic devices. Made samples for testing at the G.S. Pisarenko Institute for Problems of Strength NAS of Ukraine. On developed new technical solutions submitted three applications for patents of Ukraine (№u2016 08980 from 22.08.2016, № u2016 11360 from 11.09.2016, №u201611361 from 09.11.2016, the). 5. In collaboration with SRC "Karat" developed interference antireflection coatings for the active elements on the basis of crystals of gallium-gadolinium garnet. Testing by infrared spectroscopy revealed that the diamond-like coatings can be used as protective against mechanical damage at thicknesses of 50-70 nm. On the developed method of the patent for the invention ( "Method of applying a multilayer interference coating on optical elements' patent of Ukraine for invention №111931 from 24.06.2016, at Authors: V. Gayduchok, A. Copco, R. Kuzmak, D . Sugak, VP Maslov, AV Samoilov, NV Kachur) 6. The results of the research submitted RPC "Photoprilad" and received the act of using the signature of the Chief Designer RPC "Photoprilad" (the act is attached).
