Problems of creation of preconditions of dialogical understanding of social communities are highlighted. Social dialogue is seen as a tool for solving social problems, as an effective negotiating process that provides a high degree of social comfort and psychological well-being of society. Socio-psychological basis of social dialogue technology is proposed. Understanding of the possibilities of social dialogue as an effective instrument with which achieved stable functioning of social systems are shown. Possibility to form the basis of this positive experience of constructive conflict resolution is declared. The criteria of destructive confrontation is identified.
