The work purpose - to study the genetic diversity of nodule bacteria - microsymbionts of different legumes (common beans, cowpea and mung bean), to characterize the serological composition of beans nodule bacteria populations and to investigate the competitive ability of a perspective Rhizobium phaseoli strain as a bioagent of complex preparation Ryzohumin . Methods of researches: microbiological, molecular-genetic, serological, field experiments, statistical. It was revealed the significant genetic polymorphism of beans nodule bacteria, common in agrocenoses of Ukraine. On the basis of the restriction profiles of the 16S-23S rDNA these strains were first divided into different IТS-types. It was established that strains of nodule bacteria of cowpea and mung bean have genetic differences. On the basis of the structure of intergenic spacer these strains was divided into two ITS-type. The specific antisera against the active strains of beans nodule bacteria (R. phaseoli 700 and R. phaseoli ФД3) it was obtained. These antisera can be used to monitoring of beans rhizobia in agrocenoses of Ukraine. It was established that beans rhizobia differ in antigenic composition and belong to different serological groups. It was proved the high competitiveness of perspective strain R. phaseoli FB1 against the background of different composition of soil populations of specific rhizobia. The use of this strain as a bioagent of the preparation Ryzohumin ensures its dominance in the common bean nodules. Product Description popup.authors Крутило Д.В. Павленко А.А.
