There was developed an appropriate computer model of calculations of burners with low-NOx. The modified burner for the dry bottom boiler was developed. The reduction of nitrogen oxides emissions by using modified of burners were shown by computer studies. The possibility of reducing the generation of nitrogen oxides during TCP through the organization of high-speed pyrolysis of coal dust in gas combustion products with a minimal amount of oxygen. The processing and computer analysis of TCP processes using the experimental data obtained at the time of industrial operation of PTCP-70 burner was spent, optimum burner operation modes were received. The regimes with the possibility of reducing the the gas / coal ratio of from 4 ± 0,5% with gas support to 1 ± 0,5% with TCP for coal with volatile Vdaf = 6-9% were found. The burner can be operated for combustion of mixtures of anthracite + lean coal with Vdaf about 12% without gas using and with disabled TCP system. The effect of the coal concentration in the fuel mixture on gas combustion speed reduction was determined. There was conducted ultrasound scan of erosive wear of the burner parts for 1.5 years showed minor damage to heat-stressed components and the possibility of further operation when replacing armored lining of solid and gas tract where traces of erosion were identified. There was spent the correction of technical documentation, on which is made 3 new burners and transferred to Tripillya TPP. Technical documentation for the installation of of burners and the instruction on their installation with reference to the existing pipelines were developed. Together with Chasovoyarskiy combine refractory products was designed lining of muffle camera technology and made a set of shaped blocks of chamotte ShKU-39. There were developed and issued terms of reference to PJSC "Tehenergo" and SE "Lvivdipronaftohim" on gas supply project, remote control and automation of burners with preliminary thermochemical preparation of fuel. There were work out computer programs for the diagnosis of opportunities to reduce the generation of nitrogen oxides at the subsequent trial of the boiler with four thermochemical burners.
