This work includes four areas, which are combined study discrete pulse energy input mechanisms. Such action allows purposefully to obtain heterogeneous systems with required properties by the micro- and macroscale processes initiation in them. The results were used in the development of energy efficiency and heat and mass transfer equipment that can be used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, microbiological and agricultural industries.
