The average angular momentum of the investigated fission fragments have been defined in the framework of the statistical decay model. Influence of the even-odd and odd-odd effects have been observed in fissioning systems. Comparing these results with obtained earlier it should be noted that 135Xe momentum decreases at decreasing of the end point energy of bremmsstrahlung photons at fission of 233U, 237Np and 241Am nuclei. In this case the most probable factors is the photofission after eject of fast neutron (g, nf), that is at photofission by bremmsstrahlung photons with Ebr = 17 MeV dominates the fission on odd-odd 236Np and 240Am nuclei and even-even 232U nuclides. Perhaps, this information indicates the dominating role of odd-odd and even-even effects in the fissioning systems, at creating of 135Xe. In the same time absolutely other behaviour is observed for the momentum values of 133Те and 134I nuclei though number of neutrons in them N = 81, as well as for 135Xe. In limit of the measurements errors the values of the average angular moments poorly depends both change of N and Z in the fissioning systems, and on energy of bremmsstrahlung photons. Perhaps, in this case the dominating influence has that the light fission fragment which takes off together with 133Te or 134I has a charge in a boundary region near Z = 40. Value of Z for 135Xe is below semi-magic value Z = 40 except for 241Am, and for 133Te and 134I - above, except for 233U. It leads to change of density of low-spin states with configurations of p3/2 and p1/2 in comparison with high-spin states which are described by g9/2 configuration that in turn leads to change both the isomeric yields ratios and the average angular moments.
