Methods: mathematical, algorithmic computer programming, simulation. Results: the complex system of the reconstruction of average thyroid doses for all 30 353 settlements of Ukraine was created; for each settlement the distribution of internal thyroid doses was calculated for inhabitants by 38 age and sex groups which were living on the territory of Ukraine from April 26 to June 30, 1986.
