Objective: individualization of exposure doses for the SRU's subjects living on the territories affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Methods: Radiation-hygienic, mathematical modeling and programming, dosimetric. Results: Correction of information about settlements of SRU's subjects residing in 10 raions that had been studying in 2007-2016 was carried out. The name of the settlements, their codification and other changes were specified. A database of the SRU's subjects' residence was created. An analysis of the SRU data about persons living in Korosten raion, which received 2016, was performed. The number of the subcohort of the SRU's subjects from Korosten raion was determined. The new selection criteria of the SRU's subjects' subcohort living in Kozelets and Ripky raion of Chernihiv oblast were substantiated. The test calculations of total effective dose in 1986-2015 for 20 SRU's subjects from Kozelets and Ripky raions was carried out.
