Objective: To create the revised database of individual internal doses on the results of WBC-measurements of the "high-quality, reliable" group (1986-2008). Methods: mathematical, statistical. Results: 59,485 records about WBC-measurements of 1987-1988 from paper source were entered in database. Create a table of compliance of human age and body weight by sex and type of settlement, in which it resides. A table matching age and body weight of the person on the basis of sex and type of settlement, in which it resides, was created. The instruments by which WBC-measurements had carried and their MDA were identified. All records were classified into 3 groups as "high-quality" (83.2%), "quality" (15.9%), "less-quality" (0.9%). A pilot version of computer interface that in interactive regime allows you to choose quickly information from WBC-measurements database was developed. Annual internal exposure doses from radiocesium according to the measured activity in the body were calculated for all records of new database. The revised in 2016 database of WBC-measurements of 1987-1988 (29,399 records) was created.
