Participation (84.4 thousand); evacuated (46,1 thousand); residents of the most contaminated areas in Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions (177.7 thousand. people). Objective: to determine the level and dynamics of morbidity of malignant neoplasms of the contingents of the victims during the disaster period until 2014 including to evaluate the possible use of data from clinical epidemiologicheskogo register NCRM (ERC) for epidemiological studies of the risk of occurrence of oncological diseases among clean up workers at Chernobyl. Methods: epidemiological, statistical, mathematical and software. The analysis of the database of ERC in conformity with the decision task epidemiological studies of the risk of occurrence of malignant neoplasms among the liquidators and the conclusion about impossibility in a given period of time analyzing dose-dependent risks of certain forms of cancer. Further work in this direction require examination and clarification of dosimetry data, conducting automated linkage data to ERC and the file of the study cohort, and the increase in power of the study due to the continuation of the observation period. The incidence of all forms of cancer exceeds the national level only in the group of liquidators of 1986-1987. (SIR = 106,9%, 95% confidence interval (CI): 105,0-108,9). In recent years (2006-2014) corresponding figures (102,8%, 95% CI: 98,2-106,4) do not differ from the national level. There is a substantial excess of the expected incidence of thyroid cancer among clean up workersis in 4,2 times among evacuees is in 4 times, among residents of contaminated territories is in 1,3 times. The incidence of cancer of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related issues in liquidators of 1986-1987 and evacuees exceeded national levels in 1,4, while in residents of contaminated areas the figures were lower. The incidence of cancer of of breast cancer only in women - clean up workers of 1986-1987. In 1994-2014 in 1,6 timees. Implementation: 3 articles in journals, 3 articles submitted for publication in 2016; 2 section in the monograph, materials to the National report of Ukraine. Areas of use: bodies and institutions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, institutions of National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, National Commission for Radiation Protection of Ukraine.
