Karazin popup.description2 Object of investigation: transient field transformation in nonlinear media, the phenomenon of interaction between spins of electrons, atoms of magnetic material of nanostructures considering temperature changes and external electromagnetic field. The aim of the work: to study required for practice transformations of transient electromagnetic fields in nonlinear media in time and form in three dimensional space, the effective transfer of electron spin taking into account nonlinear interaction between field and material for the creation of innovative spintronic devices. The method of investigations: methods of classical electrodynamics, the method of evolutionary equations, method of Riemann function, method of finite-difference in time-domain, finite element method, methods of numerical integration and inverse Fourier transform. The evolution of non-stationary electromagnetic field in a nonlinear medium is investigated using a method in time domain as the method of evolutionary equations. The resulting system of evolution equations is obtained, the solution of radiation in linear medium of plane disk excited by transient current is received, the field in nonlinear medium with cubic nonlinearity are obtained by means of the method of small perturbations. A numerical simulation and optimization of micromagnetic layered nanostructures are carried out, and generation modes of the spintronic device, working frequency and bandwidth are received. Thermostable modes of magnetic RAM (MRAM) based on spin torque transfer phenomena in nonlinear layered nanostructures are studied. The research results are the basis for the development of advanced pulse radar devices of high power, for new generation of system of encrypted information transmission, brand new generating spintronic devices and digital memory.
