Karazin popup.description2 This research is dedicated to the study of impact of physical and technological deposition parameters on formation of nanostructured coatings of systems MоN/CrN, (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN, (TiZrNbTaHf)N/WN, investigation of their structural and phase state, mechanical characteristics. The coatings were formed by means of vacuum-arc deposition. The hardness of the coatings MoN/CrN reaches values 38 GPa at conditions of the smallest by modulus bias potential and high pressure of nitrogen. The coatings (TiZrNbTaHf)N/MoN and (TiZrNbTaHf)N/WN (TiZrNbMe)N were obtained from multi-element high-entropy targets. The presence of strong nitride forming elements in a high-entropy alloy causes formation of coatings, the structural state of which is formed of both fcc and bcc phases, depending on physical and technological deposition parameters.
