The purpose of the work - the development of innovative technologies and the determination of the parameters that provide control for synthesis of nanostructured coatings and composite alloys to improve the corrosion resistance of structural materials and ensure the effective recovery of worn parts and equipment from various branches of the industrial complex of Ukraine. Research methods - voltammetry, potentiometry, impedance spectroscopy, scanning electron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray analysis, X-ray fluorescence method, photocolorimeters. The concept of galvano-chemical and nanoengineering synthesis of multicomponent alloys with synergistic levels of functional properties and nanostructured composite materials for corrosion protection and ecology technologies is proved according to the research. It proved that flexible control of the composition of synergistic alloys over a wide concentration range of alloying components is achieved by varying the energy and time parameters of the pulse electrolysis, and the current density and electrolysis time parameter ratios significantly affect the morphology of the alloy surfaces. The structural characteristics and the morphology of the material were determined as well as ways for the optimization structural-dependent properties of the alloys and composites to enhance their suitability as wear- and corrosion-resistant coatings. Synergies factors caused by the interaction of alloying elements and the effect of the composition of coatings on their corrosion resistance and the role of each alloying element on the surface morphology are estimated. The technological basis of the synthesis wear- and corrosion-resistant coatings on articles of various configurations and programmable electrolysis parameters, which allow you to control the course of the synthesis depending on the purpose and operation conditions were designed.
