The aim of the stuffy is to develop new technologies of production of electrode and membrane materials for converters of solar energy into hydrogen energy and heat production using renewable sources. Methods: voltammetry, hronoamperometry, potentiometry, pulse electrolysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray phase analysis, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The use conditions of the cathode materials based on iron (St.12H1MF) and titanium (VT-6) in the membrane electrolysis of water were established. The possibility of use of aluminum alloy anodes in a water electrolysis with anode depolarization processes, that excludes oxygen evolution is shown. The conducted testing resource of water electrolysis with electrode materials based on vanadium alloys confirm the decreasing by 20% of the material reduces and energy costs (compared to the alkaline electrolysis). The regime of the niobium and titanium crystalline oxide films formation is established. The oxides possess high potential stability in the solutions with pH 3-10. The technological process of producing the reference electrodes based on theses materials was suggested. The new method of formation of proton-conducting membrane based polyvinyl alcohol and a hydrated tin oxide was proposed. The activation of the graphite base by active carbon and RuO2 composition is recommended hydrogen electrosyntesis with SO2 depolarization.
