The aim is to create new methods and technical means of early diagnosis predicting pathological changes in biological objects based on the piezoelectric effect of liquid crystal elements of biological cellular structures. Methods of work based on the use of mathematical modeling procedures for obtaining measurement and diagnostic information in the active biomedical experiments with adjustable dynamic mechanical loads in liquid biological and biochemical samples. The technique works well is to use optimal (for a minimum of risk) plans to experiment with the following processing methods biopotential measuring signals localized spectral analysis in two-dimensional space and time scale (frequency). A new method for this analysis with the release of eight data parameters to assess the effects of spectral biopotential not stationary signals.
