Purpose: complex study of the properties of unstable anisotropic quasy-low-dimensional systems containing controlled nanostructural defects and states, to establish features of their spectrum. Methods. Experiment: scanning and translucent electron microscopy,. X-ray flyuorestsentny and x-ray analysis, and laser correlation spectroscopy, electrical measurements. Theory: Green's function, Jacobi matrix, spectral density of states, density functional, thermodynamic potentials, quantization, quasi-particles. Innovation: a new self-organized structure on the surface of NbSe2 and amorphous films is found, the mechanism of their formation is proposed, method of increase of maximum sensitivity in X-Ray fluorestsentn analysis, the new phonon metamaterials are proposed, spectra of nanomaterials submerged and surface defect obtiened, the mechanisms of structural and phase transformations in multiferroic proposed, increasing the quantum diffusion in the boundaries and packing defects in helium is found. Results. Electron microscopic research suggests the self-organization of nanostructured non-crystalline films with "honeycomb" geometry. Theoretical model of the cluster's boundaries was created. The vibrational and electronic characteristics of heterogeneous structures were theoretically investigated. We have studied the oscillations contributions of systems with nanoinclusion: phonon spectrum of nanotube, electronic and vibrational spectra of bi - and threegraphene with "step". The phononic metamaterial has been introduced to control the heat flux, the crystal plane with the atomic scale defects is meta-mirror. It is shown that in secondary boundary of helium the crystal symmetry is reduced, the quantum behavior of atoms increases the quantum diffusion, reduces the boundary energy. The problem is solved to form spectrum with maximum sensitivity of determination of specified light elements impurities in X-Ray fluorescent analysis. The optimization is based on the measurement of Compton and Rayleigh peaks. Method of laser correlation spectroscopy is developed: conditions for the optimal approximation of the autocorrelation function are found of for light scattering by monodisperse and polydisperse environments.
