Purpose of work - develop methods to control and technological parameters of physical and chemical processes of synthesis of nanostructured multicomponent alloy coatings for corrosion resistance, micro-hardness and abrasion resistance of low carbon steel and cast iron, to ensure the effective recovery of worn parts, and dual-use equipment capable of ensuring the production of high-tech products enterprises mechanical engineering. According to the research the regularities electrosynthesis ternary alloys of cobalt and iron with refractory rare metals are established. It is shown that the flexible control of composition of synergistic alloys in a wide range of alloying components is achieved by varying the concentration of the electrolyte composition, energy and temporal parameters of electrolysis. The expediency of the use of pulsed current for co-deposition of iron triad metal with tungsten, molybdenum and zirconium is shown and the effect of the current density and the ratio of the duration of the pulse / pause on the coatings quality and efficiency of electrolysis determined. It is shown that the composition and morphology of the coating surface predetermine functional properties, namely wear and corrosion resistance. It is found that the ternary coatings are synergistic, effect identified components on the surface of the structure, roughness and chemical resistance of the materials is obtained. Methodological approaches applying wear and corrosion resistant coatings of different thicknesses on different product configurations were designed.
