The goal of research is the development of theoretical basics of processes in ballistic protection materials production that lets signifiantly decrease the fossil fuels consumption. The methods of research are: mathematical processes simulation, heat processes integration.Novelty is in the absense of worldwide analogs known for today. The data related to materials of ballistic protection devices are collected as well as fabrication technologies of mentioned materials. The estimation methods for energy consumption were developed for appropriate industrial sites. The methods for estimation of qualitative and quantitative levels of energy consumption and for waste heat were developed too. The properties of ballistic protection materials were identified. The mathematical models of basic processing stages of body armor materials production were developed.
