The processes of resonant neutrinoless double electron capture of 106Cd have been studied on the new level of sensitivity of limT1/2 ~ 10^21 yr using a 106CdWO4 crystal scintillation detector. Processes of resonant neutrinoless double electron capture of 96Ru have been studied on the sensitivity level of limT1/2 ~ 10^20 yr. The resonant neutrinoless double electron capture of 156Dy, 190Pt and 184Os has been studied at the first time, with the sensitivity level of limT1/2 ~ 10^15 - 10^17 yr. The new limit on the resonant neutrinoless double electron capture of 180W has been set at the sensitivity level of limT1/2 ~ 10^19 yr.
