Objective: Military personnel policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Object is scientific and methodological approaches for improving military personnel policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The subject of research is scientific and methodological substantiation of directions and ways of improving the military personnel policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods: system analysis, multidimensional comparative analysis methods, expert assessments methods and mathematical modeling. During the work on the basis of the scientific literature analysis, legal regulations and other documents about the problems of improvement of personnel policy in the armed forces, development of conceptual documents in this area the scientific and theoretical approaches to the analysis factors affecting the development of the conceptual documents regarding staff issues of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were substantiated. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that based on the analysis of the research results substantiated the scientific and methodological approaches to the development of conceptual documents on the formation and implementation of military personnel policy in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, developed a model of the Concept of military personnel policy in the Armed Forces and the model of evaluation and monitoring of the implementation strategy (concept), provided of directions and suggestions for ways of improving the military personnel policy were given.
