Objective: improvement of the tools, forms and methods of the staff survey using polygraph in Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the benefit of improving the work quality with the staff during the preparation and personnel decision making. Object is a procedure of the staff survey using polygraph in Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The subject of research is the technique of staff survey procedures using polygraph in Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research methods: theoretical - analysis of scientific sources, generalization and synthesis conceptualizing; empirical - conversation, interviews, observation, ascertaining experiment, expert evaluation; methods of mathematical statistics - frequency analysis, ranking. The results of the work: defines theoretical and methodological, methodical basis of the staff survey using polygraph in Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine; Methodical tools, forms and methods of survey procedures using polygraph in Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are upgraded; developed methodical recommendations to the polygraph specialist about staff survey using polygraph in Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The results of the study can be used by the Department of Personnel Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and polygraph specialists of the Scientific-methodical Centre of personnel policy of Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
