Aim of this study was the development a new combined drugs with a lot of targets strategy which based on a combination of the drug virolex and the plant essential oils (tea tree and thyme) on the model of genital herpes, modified by polyvinylpyrrolidone nanoparticles of silver and copper and combinations of the drug lectin persimmon and flavonoides, and the search a new antiviral substances. Methods of research: virological, affinity chromatography, electrophoresis, PCR, ELISA, molecular biological, immunological, bacteriological, cytological. Results of our research was designed compositions preparations for treating viral infections. It was designed a suppository of acyclovir and essential oils of tea tree and thyme recipe, was cooked experimental and therapeutic party suppository. Preclinical efficacy studies was conducted antiviral activity of suppository in vitro and in vivo оn model of genital herpes in guinea pigs. It is shown that the designed drug is an active inhibitor of the reproduction of the herpes virus type 2 and is the effective preventive and therapeutic drug. It was picked antiviral activity and mechanism of the silver and copper nanoparticles on the carrier polyvinylpyrrolidone action at the influenza viruses, herpes and hepatitis C models. Mimicrins drugs compositions was derived from Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus and subalin inhibited the reproduction of influenza viruses, herpes, hepatitis C. Compositions mechanism of action is due to inhibition of fusion factor and inhibition of RNA synthesis in the RNAP T17 system. Product Description popup.authors Іванська Н.В. Васильченко О.
