The energy of hydrogen ions is changed by an adjustable magnetic field from 100 eV to 1000 eV.Processing of materials was performed at energies of 300-350 eV, at which the maximum coefficient of the sputtering materials. The secondary ion mass spectrometry was conducted in the Institute of Physics of Semiconductors of not irradiated and irradiated materials for elemental their composition analysis. More than 50 mass spectra were obtained. Significant changes in secondary ion mass spectra of not irradiated and irradiated samples are observed. The results of X - ray structural analysis of materials before and after irradiation were obtained in the Institute for problems of materials science. The dosimetry of radiation was carried out in the plasma ion source.
