Analysis of electron dynamics in interelectrode gaps has revealed a decrease in background current between electrodes by factor of 5 when magnetic field is applied and maximal electric field is 2 Kilpatrick at frequency 201.25MHz. Results of neutron production on an extended uranium target under irradiation by relativistic deuteron and carbon-12 beams at 2 and 4 GeV/nucleon have been presented. Within the limits of experimental error, the total reaction number for uranium-238 and natural uranium does not change for deuterium and carbon-12 bombardment at 2-4 GeV/nucleon.
