New data on distribution, taxonomic status, morphological diversity, the current state of natural populations of several species of vertebrate fauna of Ukraine was obtained. Four new extinct fish species were described. It was proved that periodic changes in the hydrological regime have been the determining factor of influence on the taxonomic richness, diversity and complexity of groups of fish in freshwater ecosystems of the late Miocene, Southern Ukraine. The fact that the size reducing and simplification of the chorologic structure of populations of the model species plants under the influence of anthropogenic pressure was noted. It was found that under the influence of anthropogenic pressure there are decreases in populations of species of animals and plants and also in chorological structure complexity of model species of plants. It was shown that the populations of rare plant species under conditions of intensive influence of anthropogenic factors occupies a smaller areas, and shows signs of regression in comparison with the territory of the reserve?. Group recreational resistance of plants based on a complex estimation of the stability level of the model species to the effects of recreational factors were identified for the first time.
