When the critical threshold electric field oscillations of the electron-cyclotron frequency experiencing a modified decay is accompanied by the birth of low-frequency ion oscillations. The plasma ions are accelerated under the low-frequency oscillations . In such conditions of excitation of oscillations in the electron cyclotron frequency can heat both electronic and ionic plasma component.
