Purpose - to study the influence of atmospheric air chemical carcinogens on forming of population various localization cancer incidence. The obtained results: the analysis of the of cancer incidences dynamics over the past 20 years; basing on determining of correlations and regression coefficients a link between air pollution by carcinogenic heavy metals, benzo / a / pyrene, formaldehyde and benzene and development of diseases such as leukemia, thyroid cancer, esophageal, kidney and stomach cancer was sated; the terms of possible appearing of cumulative oncogenic effect after the start of carcinogens action was defined; the range of these terms amounted 8 - 11 years depending on the localization of the cancer and corresponded to recognized latent period of tumors.
