The object of research: the solids content (HAAcs) and volatile (THM) in the water of river water pipelines; influence on the content of the chlororganic compounds in water, natural and technological factors; biological effects of drinking water to animals; assessment of the health risks of chlorinated drinking water. Methods: literature search-analytical, experimental modeling, hygienic assessment of physico-chemical, toxicological, medical and statistical, mathematical. New scientific data on chlorinated drinking water pollution of river water pipelines chlororganic: 9 investigated HAAcs found 1 or 2 substance and 7 THM - 2 or 4 substances. Determined on river water supply of Kiev, Zaporozhye, Svetlovodsk and water supply systems, especially education chlororganic compounds. It was found in experimental studies, for all сhloragents growth THM and HAAc levels occurs in natural water to increase their dose and time of action, as well as water temperature. Shifting the pH to the alkaline side increases the formation of THMs, and sour - HAAcs. Levels in water HAAc is ten times lower than the content of chloroform and their assigned limits. In the water treatment plants THM and HAAc is not removed and transit comes to drinking water networks. Clarify the nature of the isolated and combined effects on warm-blooded organism chloroform and monochloroacetic acid in concentrations in water exceeding the maximum permissible concentration. Both compounds show a toxic effect on animals; manifestation of the toxic effect of chlororganic compounds increases with their joint entry into the body of animals, largely due to the influence of chloroform. Identify risks to human health from the consumption of contaminated drinking water chlororganic compounds.
