The object of research - the flora model phytosystems four Ukrainian steppe reserve branches and vegetation technogenic ecotopes south-east of Ukraine. Subject of research - and especially their dynamics florogenesis. The purpose of work - based on monitoring studies of model objects of different types of anthropogenically transformed floras and populations of indigenous tree species of the southeast of Ukraine to identify and assess the characteristics of their operations and adapt to the modern stage antropogeogeneza. On the basis of new data on the distribution and population status of rare species of plants, their revaluation Sozological taxonomic status and refinement recommended for inclusion in the next edition of the Red Book of Ukraine 41 species. It was found that the population of Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea in reserve "Cretaceous Flora" has a mosaic-diffuse structure and consists of many localities, which in turn have different age of the plant from 2 to 95 years, but in most dominated by young trees up to 30 years (96% of the test plants) . The population actively restored and distributed annually by self-seeding, which before the introduction of the conservation status of experiencing catastrophic human impact. The genetic diversity of P. sylvestris var. cretacea in the reserve is less than the population of the national natural park "Holy Mountains", but genetic structure close to balanced in different age groups (under 30, 60 and 100 years), and in the general population. The study of genetic variability of two populations of Quercus robur L. in the Ukrainian steppe zone on four nSSR loci showed that the existing heterozygosity (HO) was 0.20-0.23, expected heterozygosity (HE) was 0,39-0,46. For both populations characterized by deficiency of heterozygous genotypes (F = 0,34-0,52). The state vitalitetnoi and age structure of Quercus robur L. in 10 populations of the Donetsk region. It was found that morphometric parameters (stem diameter, tree height, crown diameter, stem height to the first branching) trees studied populations are smaller values ??in comparison with the plant population of the central and western parts of the range. The populations of 10 reproductive age dominated by plants, four of which are regressive. The possible ways of development of disturbed areas Donetsk ridge by a balance between man-made and natural in its composition of plant communities. This process is encouraged to strengthen, if to create multi-herbaceous and woody shrub species mainly from the natural flora of degraded and disturbed lands economic activity derived from the recovery.
