The object of the research is the flora of model phytosystems at 4 departments of Ukrainian steppe reserve and vegetation of technogenic ecotopes in the south-east of Ukraine. The subject of the research is their dynamics and special aspects of florogenesis. The aim of the work is taking surveillance study of model objects of different types of anthropogenically transformed floras and populations of autochtonous species of woody plants in the south-east of Ukraine as a basis and discovery and evaluation of particular features of their functioning and adaptation on the modern stage of anthropogeogenesis . The surveillance of the flora conditions and its transformation for the last 15-30 years in the south-east of Ukraine has been carried out in 4 departments of Ukrainian steppe reserve. Flora lists of these territories have been made, the increase in the quantity of species, especially invasive ones has been indicated at the departments in comparison with inventory data of 15-30 years limitation period. The variety of protected species and adventive fraction of model flora have been investigated. It is stated that at the studied territories the coefficient of adventisation changes from 10% till 17%. "Khomutovskiy step"and "Bilenke" have the biggest coefficient . According to the results of the spatial distribution analysis for species of adventive fraction in model flora the highest degree of constancy was shown by 7 species: Descurainia sophia, Centaurea diffusa, Cichorium intybus, Hyoscyamus niger, Cynoglossum officinale, Ballota nigra, Bromus squarrosus , 4 model floras have 20 species, 3 have 24 species, 2 of them have 27 species and only one has 62 species. It has been noted, that the increase in quantity of adventive species for the last 20 years presents inability of territory flora to resist impedence of phytoinvasions. It is recommended to introduce preventive measures for the avoidance of transferring non-indigenous species and measures of control and elimination of adventive plants. In the department "Kreydyana flora" of Ukrainian steppe reserve an annual renewal and widening of population areal Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea at the expense of self -seeding is stated. Genetic variety of P. sylvestris var. Cretacea at the reserve is less than the population of national park "Svyati hory" has. And the genetic structure is close to the equilibrium. Study of genetic variation of two populations Quercus robur L. in steppe zone of Ukraine according to four nSSR loci showed that available heterozygosis(НО) comprised 0,20-0,23, expectable heterozygosis (НЕ) comprised 0,39-0,46. Вoth populations have deficit of heterozygosis (F=0,34-0,52). The linear dependency of radial caudex increment Quercus robur on the quantity of precipitations and average temperature has been defined. For last 80-100 years the cyclicity of periods of changing radial growth of a caudex responds to 35 years of climatic cycle. It is stated that according to morphometric indice of a caudex 10 populations Q. robur in the south-east of Ukraine differ in less values in comparison with plants of populations in the central and western parts of the areal of the specie. It has been found 8 prosperous 2 depressive populations Q. robur. Plants of reproductive age are predominant in populations. Two phenological forms Quercus robur (early and late) have been detected. Populations of an early phenological form exist on lowland forms of relief, a late form grows on hills. Populations with the highest level of phenotypic leaves variability (Yarova, Zaplava-1, Velykoanadolskiy lis) have been pointed out. Practical application of the Research work results is justified with 9 patents for useful models. On the basis of materials of the study 34 research works, including 3 monographies have been published.
