Area of detailed plan limited:- North -Promyslova street (25m corridor red lines);- From the south - the southern boundary Ukrainka;- The east - areas and production area OJSC State Energy Generating Company "Centrenergo" (Tripoli TPP);- The west - tanks State Energy Generating Company "Centrenergo" (Tripoli TPP).Currently plot design contains territory of industrial purpose, namely the treatment plant, JSC State Energy Generating Company "Centrenergo" (Tripoli TPP) and minor area, areas free of development. And also to limit the development of DPT area enters the city road network (Promyslova street).According to the decisions of "General Plan of Ukrainka" developed by SE "Urban Research and Design Institute" in 2004 the area of design, the functionality refers to areas for production purposes.Highlighted the following functional areas:1) zone areas for industrial purposes;2) the zone of green spaces for special purposes;3) area road network.The main objective when developed a detailed plan territory, to organize the territory of existing treatment facilities so as to increase their capacity through modern technology and free up the area for the plant for processing of solid waste.Territory of industrial purpose. This area includes the territory of JSC State Energy Generating Company "Centrenergo" (Tripoli TPP) that by making a detailed plan remain unchanged and territory of existing treatment facilities that need renovation and modernization. The area of sewage treatment plants, for the moment, is 4,93 hectare. The project proposed by modernization and reconstruction, to reduce the area to accommodate the sewage treatment plants. According to the decisions of DPT area treatment facilities will make 2,93 hectare. The rest of the (2 hectare), which was released, the project proposed placing the plant for processing solid waste (858 tons per month) and waste sorting station.
