The target of research is to create new technologies for production of multi-component alloys using electron-beam melting, cast composites using laser radiation, bimetallic products on the base of hybrid foundry-plasma and foundry- SHS processes. The research methods include metallographic analysis, mechanical tests, tests on wear resistance, physical and mathematical simulation, verification nature tests. The research results are presented for thermal, gas- and hydrodynamic formation processes of bimetallic constructions and composite materials using hybrid foundry-laser, foundry-plasma and foundry- SHS methods. The thermal field of semi-infinite plate by plane-parallel motion of laser beam along different paths is researched. The gas dynamical parameters of two-phase gas- are determined, as well as hydrodynamic parameters of liquid-phase suspension flow by delivery of slag to the plate. The design of a machine is developed for continuous production of bimetallic band for foundry-plasma process. The methods of input of fusible and refractory alloy additives into the thermal-and -temporal cycle are developed for conduction of electron beam melting to obtain different multi-component with complex alloyed alloys on the base of titanium and niobium. A computer mathematical simulation is made for the heating process of hard substrate using the heat of exothermal reaction.
