The aim of the study is to develop the method of predicting outcomes of the surgical treatment of patients with pelvic tumors, based on the individual characteristics of the patient and to identify the indications for the types of surgical treatment. Methods: clinical, morphological, statistics. An algorithm of selecting patients with pelvic bones tumors for the surgical treatment and methods for pelvic ring reconstruction considering the individual characteristics of the patient were implemented. The "Mathematical model of the re-surgery risk with the lower limb amputation because of reconstructive surgery in patients with bone tumors of the pelvis" was developed. We observed a correlation between impared function of the leg after the reconstructive surgery for 1 and 2 types of iliac-abdominal resection and between the development of infectious and septic complications depending on the following factors: age, comorbidities like diabetes mellitus, varicose veins, obesity. We observed the significant dependence of neurological complications after the S2 and S3 sacrum resection. The scoring scale for the surgery level in patients with metastatic pelvic tumors was determined.
