In 2016 a study included 32 patients with soft tissue sarcoma high degree of risk. Preliminary evaluation of effects of neoadjuvant treatment stage RECIST criteria showed partial regression such a fate: 12.5% ??in group 1 and 18.75% in group 2; and the same frequency of disease progression in both groups: by 6.25%. Established matched complications during neoadjuvant systemic chemotherapy as leyko- and trombotsytopiniyi I and II degree observed in 12.5% ??of patients in group 1 and to 6.25% - in the second. Complications observed, did not lead to interruption or failure of treatment. Postoperative complications of wound healing were observed in 6.25% of patients in group 1 and in 16.7% - in the second, which can be explained by the influence of preoperative radiation therapy for tissue regeneration. All patients at the end of the first phase of the study and living under supervision (control undergo periodic reviews). Found that expressed by methods satisfactory tolerability and do not cause significant long-term complications. Product Description popup.authors Кукушкіна Марія Миколаївна Остафійчук В.
