Nonlinear interaction between excitons in charged particles’ tracks in organic crystals with exciton diffusion anisotropy leads to the change of the luminescence yield depending on the direction of particle’s propagation relative to crystal axes. Emergence of the electron-hole drops in the particles’ tracks in non-organic scintillation materials and excitons’ condensation in organic scintillators requires large exciton density than is possible for the single charged ions, but conditions for their formation might meet for light and multiply charged particles. 2. Detailed microscopic analysis of the structure of the defect walls in the He irradiated silicon showed that the region of the radiation damage at the stopping power range consists of the closely packed voids, but in the bands of the higher stress prior to the stopping power range and beyond it only lone voids are observed. 3. The position of the kink in the temperature dependence of the radiation-induced creep shifts to the lower temperatures with increasing the dislocation density. 4. At the formation of drops of the condensed phase in a system of indirect excitons under Product Description popup.authors
