Data were obtained from 38 laboratories and IDM services which monitor 40,254 workers under occupational exposure. IDM is performed mainly with passive TL dosimeters (96.6% of Category A staff). Most services can only control external photon radiation doses, 37% of the IDM services can control more than one type of doses. 15 survey participants have a sufficient number of individual dosimeters (> 2 per person), 6 services have a significant reserve for the expansion of IDM volume. Modern dosimeters ALNOR / RADOS and Harshaw account for 68% of the total fleet of dosimeters. In general, IDM services indicate readiness to integration into a United system of monitoring and registration of individual doses. Despite some shortcomings, there are all conditions for rapid and effective establishment of the System and filling the national dose register with reliable information about individual occupational doses.
