As a result of research work were defined the laws of the formation in the non equilibrium conditions of solidification of metallic melts amorphous and nanocrystalline states established prospects of thermal treatments for targeted improvement of thermal stability and improvement of complex mechanical and functional characteristics including new precision alloys based on iron. The practical value of the work is to develop recommendations on the choice of chemical compositions, modes heat-time melt treatment conditions of curing and subsequent processing to ensure the creation of new materials with amorphous and nanocrystalline structure with a wide range of thermal stability, high magnetic strength and soft properties promising for practical use.
