Karazin popup.description2 The objective of the work is the development of methods for the synthesis of ultra- and nanodispersed powders and consolidated metal-ceramic materials based on the oxides of the system Y-Ti-Zr-O (Y2O3-TiO2-ZrO2), the determination of the oxide materials structural characteristics and the influence of technological processes on these characteristics. The samples of Y2O3 and TiO2 oxide powders were prepared. Compacted and consolidated ceramics on their basis were obtained. The high-temperature treatment technology for increasing the content of Y2Ti2O7 pyrochlore phase has been optimized. To control processes initiating structural changes, special technological techniques have been tested. It was noted that synthesis of the pyrochlore phase is possible at temperatures of 1150 ° C and lower temperatures. The outcomes of the research show that structures with a high degree of thermodynamic stability and a high level of mechanical properties have been implemented in ceramics.
