The results of such investigation could be also used as basis for environmental protection and wildlife management in frame of sustainable development conception. Study of adaptation of Black Sea Biosphere Reserve natural complexes showed changes in species composition including seasonal communities, coenotic biodiversity, ecosystems components rarity. Adaptive reactions also appear as changes in phenology and life cycles of plants and animals. Adaptations to the natural abiotic (including weather) factors in protected natural complexes are characterized by stability and completeness. Results of long-term monitoring data series showed that ecosystems in natural or seminatural state are well adapted to the periodical cyclic influence of natural biotic and abiotic factors. The impact of these factors can not cause irreversible transformations of biological systems. First of all anthropogenic factors are threat for the existence of natural complexes. The main features of the anthropogenic factors are speed of action and transforming character. This features causes complication for adaptation of ecosystems to these factors. Sustainability of biological systems and landscapes, their ability to maintain structure and functioning under the influence of external factors are extremely important for the ecosystems development. Species and groups with wild range of tolerance to environmental factors adapt faster. On the example of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve it was found that biocenosys and ecosystems in natural or seminatural state are more resistant to the factors and have more abilities for restoration than transformed ones.
