Ukrainian producers are trying to push foreign knitwear from the domestic market. The use of nanotechnology in the knitting industry has grown due to its unique and valuable properties. There is considerable potential for the beneficial use of nanotechnology in the textile industry. Its use can enhance the properties and values finishing knitting products and knitwear. The use of nanotechnology allows knitted materials become multifunctional and create special and new properties. The object of study - the process of finishing of knitted fabrics. The aim - development and research of compositions based on nanoparticles for use in the manufacturing process of finishing of knitted fabrics. Methods of research are carried out on the basis of physical-chemical and mathematical approaches; direct measurement method for direct assessment of measurement and differentiated method of control parameters are using during experiments. Composition based on nanoparticles were developed and recommended for use in the manufacture of textile materials for finishing of knitted fabrics. Scientific novelty of the results: is to develop scientific principles of choosing components for compositions based on nanoparticles; is to develop processing technology of knitwear. The choice of components for stabilizing compositions based on nanoparticles were developed. Were found that adsorption of components of compositions is leads to the formation of multimolecular layer of coating. The performance properties of surface modification of fibers were improved. The technology of manufacturing compositions based on nanoparticles applicable of standards for safety and general hygiene requirements according to ISO 9001. The developed compositions and technology are dominated analogues from "Clariant", "Bezema", environmentally safety and can improved the quality of knitwear's. The use of compositions based on nanoparticles is to improve the quality of knitted fabrics at finishing process 2-3 times, to reduces production costs. The main results of research are used at Ltd.
