In today's conditions it is impossible to ensure a stable development of the Ukrainian housing market, which has repeatedly experienced recessions and upsurge. The necessity of intensification of marketing efforts by organizations, and in particular, marketing researches, is proved. It is determined that the peculiarities of the formation of real estate demand, caused by the factors of the availability of real estate as a commodity, allow to focus attention on the problems of the development of technology of marketing research in relation not only to the actual home, but also the services that provide its purchase. The object of research of research work is theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of accounting and financial support. The purpose of the research work is to deepen the theoretical foundations of the research and to develop theoretical positions and practical recommendations for the effective organization of the formation of accounting and financial support, which will allow to receive timely and reliable information in order to make managerial decisions in the shortest possible time and at the least cost. Methods of research: comparisons, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, computational, monographic, analogy, formalization and logical approach to the study of the corresponding processes, empirical knowledge, methods of statistical, logical analysis, grouping, comparison, observation and graphical analysis, methods of analysis of expert information , Generalization, formal-logical and others. The generalized scientific result of the work is the development of methodical recommendations on the use of research in the work of PJSC "Tismenytsia-fish" for the development of activities and the conquest of new markets. The conducted researches allowed to receive new scientific results, which are as follows: the directions of improvement of accounting and financial provision formation through the information provided by the management account are substantiated. The degree of implementation - at the development level. Proposals and scientific and methodical recommendations on theoretical and methodological aspects of accounting and financial provision formation at PJSC "Tysmenytsia-Ryba".
