The aim of the study is to obtain the theoretical regularities of deposition and codeposition of metals in Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn system for the development of the concept of multylayer coating electrochemical formation. Methods: voltammetry with linear potential scan, cyclic voltammetry, chronopotentiometry, chronoamperometry using potentiostat PI-50-1.1, pH-meter pH-150 and other standard devices. New regularities of cathode processes of deposition of metals and alloys of the Cu-Ni-Zn-Sn system and their dissolution in various complex electrolytes are determined. The dependences of the contact current density and the potential of the details in the electrolyte for Cu-Sn alloy deposition on tin and steel St3 substrate have been determined. A new method of zinc coating protection from corrosion by zinc-nickel alloy layer, which saves materials and water; a express method for phase analysis of Zn-Ni alloy films; an electrochemical method of copper layer removing from spent dielectric with the commodity products obtaining and the complete utilization of solid and liquid waste are proposed.
