The aim of research was to evaluate quality of marine environment coastal waters of the Odessa region and open areas of the north-western Black Sea on the basis of bioassay methods and biological indication of quality of the marine environment by using aquatic organisms of different taxonomic levels. The report presented research materials to assessment the quality of the Black Sea environment antropogenisated and relatively clean areas during 2016 by the methods of bioassay and bioindication by the physiological, morphological, systematic, quantitative, halobiont and saprobiological indicators of the aquatic benthic marine organisms (mussels and microphytobenthos).
