It has been experimentally proved that according to the degree of toxicity, all heteronomal complexes of germanium with citric and tartaric acids are classified into the third and fourth classes of toxicity, that is, "moderately toxic" and "low toxic" compounds. According to the results of a screening study, it was found that the most expressive antihypoxic activity is manganese (II) tartraatogermanate (IV) (OCAGERM-4) in a dose (55.75 - 65.57) mg / kg 40 minutes prior to the modeling of acute hypoxic hypoxia with progressive hypercapnia.
