And also the comparison of these results and the loss of allele imbalance of genes, which can further become a marker for the development of malignant neoplasms of the kidney, as well as a marker of their malignancy. As a result of this project, we determined the status of methylation of the p16 gene in kidney tumors, which was 36%, p14ARF - 82%, VHL - 77%, TIMP3 - 12.7%, as opposed to adjacent conditioned tissue parenchyma (0%, 24%, 4%, 6% respectively). It has been determined that the simultaneous methylation of the p14ARF gene of susceptible tissue and the loss of heterozygosity on the marker loci D9S916 and D9S974 of the CDKN2A gene may be indicative of distant metastasis in patients with kidney cancer. Our statistical analysis of the results showed the feasibility of joint use of the definition of loss of allele imbalance in the CDKN2A gene (markers D9S916 and D9S974) and the methylation of the p14ARF and VHL genes as markers of adverse prognosis. The results obtained can be further used to create a prognostic system for the course of the disease and the appointment of a personalized treatment for patients with kidney cancer.
